The I.M. Pei Building is a 20-story commercial office tower in Wilmington, Delaware.

Guardian Bastille was tasked with specifying and installing a commercial window film on the south-facing windows of the building that would dramatically reduce the solar heat gain and harsh glare – improving the tenant comfort and workability of the affected offices. The specified energy-efficient window film had to possess low levels of interior reflectivity so tenants could maintain the staggering views of Rodney Square.

Following the successful window film installation, perimeter office temperatures decreased by an average of 7 degrees. The commercial office tower is now more energy efficient and comfortable – tenants can enjoy their protected view of everything downtown Wilmington has to offer.
