Kristy DeCarlo – Business Development
Kristy leads marketing and client development initiatives, working closely with architects, facility managers, and property owners to match the right film solutions to each project’s needs. She brings an energetic, client-first approach to every partnership.
Richard M. Eannarino – Managing Partner
Richard grew up in the window film business, helping transform his parents’ basement startup in the 1970s into one of the Northeast’s leading 3M Master Distributors. After decades of training dealers and leading large-scale projects across the region, he expanded operations beyond New England — establishing Guardian Bastille’s strong presence in Washington, D.C., and throughout Florida.
Lisa Eannarino – Operations Director
Lisa oversees project coordination, logistics, and day-to-day operations. Her hands-on leadership ensures every project runs seamlessly from concept through completion, maintaining the company’s reputation for reliability and quality.
Andy Klingner – Mid-Atlantic Representative
As Guardian Bastille’s Mid-Atlantic Representative, Andy Klingner specializes in key account management for some of the region’s most respected organizations. Based in the Mid-Atlantic, Andy supports clients throughout the DMV, Philadelphia, and New York City, delivering tailored window film and security glazing solutions that meet complex architectural and performance needs. With deep regional experience and a hands-on approach, Andy ensures every project receives the precision, responsiveness, and long-term partnership that Guardian Bastille is known for.
Nick manages large-scale installations nationwide, specializing in 3M architectural films and ballistic glass systems. His field experience and technical insight ensure every project meets the highest standards of safety, performance, and visual integrity.
Michael Murray – New England Representative
Serving clients throughout Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut, Michael delivers deep experience in energy-efficient and preservation-focused film installations for universities, hospitals, and historic buildings.
