Harvard Club of Boston — Downtown Dining Room
There are few views in Boston more spectacular than the one from the Harvard Club, located at One Federal Street on the 38th floor. New England Sun Control was called in to control heat and glare from the sun without impacting that iconic skyline view. The project covered roughly 5,000 square feet of glass, giving members and guests a comfortable dining and event space while preserving the panoramic backdrop the room is known for.
Harvard Stadium — Protecting a Century of Baseball History
New England Sun Control was selected to provide a sun control solution to help protect Harvard’s extensive baseball memorabilia collection housed at Harvard Stadium on Soldiers Field. The collection is a remarkable archive of Harvard baseball history, including tickets dating back to 1867, scorecards, ribbons, uniforms, dinner programs, and artwork spanning from the original Harvard Base Ball Club and H.U.B.B.C. in the 1860s through the 1980s, with some items added as recently as the 21st century. Our window film solution helps block damaging UV rays that would otherwise fade and degrade these irreplaceable historic artifacts over time, while still allowing natural light into the space.
