Richard M. Eannarino – Managing Partner
Richard grew up in the window film business, helping transform his parents’ basement startup in the 1970s into one of the Northeast’s leading 3M Master Distributors. After decades of training dealers and leading large-scale projects across the region, he expanded operations beyond New England — establishing Guardian Bastille’s strong presence in Washington, D.C., and throughout Florida.
Lisa Eannarino – Operations Director
Lisa oversees project coordination, logistics, and day-to-day operations. Her hands-on leadership ensures every project runs seamlessly from concept through completion, maintaining the company’s reputation for reliability and quality.
