Guardian Bastille has installed window film across more than 50 Publix locations throughout Florida — Solargard Armorcoat 8 mil safety and security film on the grocery stores, and 3M Night Vision 35 (NV35) solar control film on the adjoining Publix Liquors stores.
Solargard Armorcoat 8 Mil — Safety and Security Film for the Grocery Stores
On the main grocery storefronts, Guardian Bastille specified Solargard Armorcoat 8 mil safety and security film. Applied to the large storefront glass, it holds shattered glass together on impact — from severe weather, break-in attempts, or accidental impact — reducing the risk of flying glass in a high-traffic retail environment where customers and employees are constantly moving through the entrance.

3M Night Vision 35 — Solar Control for the Liquor Stores
The adjoining Publix Liquors storefronts — smaller, glass-forward spaces attached to many Publix locations — received 3M Night Vision 35 solar control film. NV35 cuts solar heat gain and glare while keeping a neutral, low-reflective appearance that matches the clean retail look of the storefront, protecting product displays near the windows from fading and heat damage.

A Statewide Rollout Across Florida
This wasn’t a single-site project — Guardian Bastille has completed this same two-film approach at over 50 Publix and Publix Liquors locations spread across Florida, giving every site the same safety, security, and solar performance with a consistent look from store to store.
If you manage a multi-location retail portfolio and need a consistent window film program across dozens of sites, Guardian Bastille has the crews and process to execute it statewide. Contact us to talk through your locations.
